The ASI Institute recognizes that technology plays a major role in optimizing organizational performance in the field of aviation. The inherent context of the aviation industry requires the coordination of thousands of resources in complex human and physical infrastructures. This is where training and communication technologies have made a notable impact.
A Training Needs Assessment (TNA) forms the basis for structured training and development programs by systematically identifying the standard of performance being achieved and the standard of performance required – the training gap. Hence, the aim is to raise the quality and productivity of employee output. Additionally, a TNA considers future organizational development as well as development for a specific target group. Thus, it is a valuable planning and management tool.
ASI-I has developed a series ranging for a wide list of topics in aviation ranging from civil aviation administration such as airline, air cargo, airport enterprise and air navigation services management as well as aviation sector human resources, management and development, strategic management and innovation of aviation enterprises.
